The Moms for Liberty Foundation is affiliated with Moms for Liberty, the largest and only grassroots organization of Moms in the U.S. working to defend parental rights. Moms for Liberty has hundreds of chapters in 48 states and over 130,000 active members.

The Moms for Liberty Foundation is a nonprofit public interest organization dedicated to enriching, educating, and empowering parents, policymakers, and the public on issues impacting America’s future.

Launched in 2022 to support the work of Moms for Liberty Inc (501c4), which was founded in 2021 by two moms who served as school board members.

Champions for the principles of freedom

Moms for Liberty is the nation’s largest grassroots parental rights organization. When the government violates our fundamental God-given rights to direct the upbringing of our children, we ensure communities across the country know about it and how to stop it.

The Foundation brings awareness to the areas where the government most often infringes on this right: the education and well-being of our children.

What we do

We defend the principle that parents are the ultimate decision-makers in their child’s life. The Foundation does this by donating pro-American values books to school libraries, hosting free community town halls on public education, training and providing free tools and resources to empower parents to run for school board, policy development, voter registration drives and more!
